how to collect your cme credits
European EACCME Accreditation
22.5 European CME credits (ECMEC®s)
Each participant can only receive the number of credits he/she is entitled to according to his/her actual participation at the event once he/she has completed the feedback form cf. criteria 9 and 22 of UEMS 2023.07.
To receive the EACCME® Certificate for your participation to the SOROT 2023 Congress, please complete the online survey, available on the mobile app at the end of the Congress or following the link you received via e-mail (the address that you provided at registration).
Once you have completed the survey, you will receive your EACCME® Certificate via e-mail 2-3 weeks after the event, according to your actual engagement during the Congress.
TO collect your CME Credits, you have 2 options:
1. Scan the Badge before entering every session.
-when attending any session, you have to scan your Participant Badge QR at the entrance so that the attendance is registered (at every hall entrance there is a scanner)
OR
2. Self Check-In:
Open and log in the SOROT 2023 Congress App, go to the Agenda, select the Session you are attending, click on Check-in then Beacon Check-in.
The Bluetooth Beacon Check-in requires that you turn on your Bluetooth and Location Services on your mobile device, to track your attendance to each session.
You need to run the check-in steps for each session you attend for the purpose of CME Accreditation, to receive your actual CME Credits.
