GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS
The abstract must have at most 2000 characters (spaces included) and be submitted by September 1st, 2024.
Each speaker can give only one talk.
All abstracts must include:
- title
- authors
- affiliation (for each author)
- institution address (for each author)
- e-mail address (for each author)
- one to four keywords
- and at most five references
During the DySES 2024 conference, a jury composed of members of the scientific committee will award a prize for the best paper and for best poster. The awards will be awarded by evaluating the originality, innovation and methodological rigor of the works presented. The awarding of the awards will take place on the last day of the conference.
Instructions
- Each participant may apply just for only one prize category (best paper or best poster).
- The candidate cannot be a previous winner of the DySES Award for the Best Paper or Best Poster.
Participants who want to apply for the best paper or best poster are required to send (not later than September, 18) their full-paper or extended abstract (at least 10.000 characters including spaces for best paper and 3.000 characters including spaces for best poster) to: DySES@ase.ro
You will receive information about the status of your submitted abstract on the email address you used to register at the DySES Bucharest 2024 Conference.
Selected papers presented at DySES will be considered to be published on high level scientific journals.
